Chemical Containment

In areas where hazardous chemicals are stored in large quantities a secondary containment system is required in case of spillage, leaks or overflow. These systems must have the ability to contain these chemicals for a minimum of 72 hours to allow for proper hazardous material cleanup. Depending on the type of stored chemicals, this containment system can be made up of standard epoxies or special novolac resinous system.
