As beautiful as some of the various finishes are, many of the authentic looking applications simply could not be achieved without stencils, stamps or texture skins.

Listed below are the various stencils, stamps or texture skins we have to offer.

• QUICK-PATTERN™ Design Stencils:

Stencils have been in use on conventional concrete and with overlays for years. When we set out to design a new line of stencils we first looked at what was currently available and how to improve on that. Most people are familiar with either paper (cardboard) stencils or plastic stencils. Paper is certainly less expensive than plastic stencils but most of the paper used for stencils experience to much deterioration once they get wet. Although this may not be an issue when being used for conventional concrete, it creates havoc when embedded under a dry overlayment by tearing the stencil or chipping the overlay. Plastic was an option but we felt the cost of plastic stencils were just to expensive, potentially adding upwards of $0.50 a square foot to installation costs. We finally decided on brown virgin paper/cardboard (not recycled white paper) for our stencils. The QUICK-PATTERN™ stencils have a light wax coating on one side for ease of release when used on conventional concrete and do not tear like white recycled paper stencils. QUICK-PATTERN™ stencils are available in 12 standard patterns and 4 different borders.

Advantages:

• Cost. Other than quality, cost was the biggest factor for us when designing our stencils. With a cost of less than $0.25 per square foot, QUICK-PATTERN™ stencils are the most economical stencils available.

• Durability. Paper certainly isnt known for being durable. However, because QUICK-PATTERN™ stencils are made of brown virgin paper/cardboard (not recycled white paper) they are sufficiently durable for any overlay application without tearing.

• THIN-PRINT™ Stamps & Texture Skins:

Unlike stamps for imprinting conventional concrete, THIN-PRINT™ Stamps & Texture Skins are slightly more shallow to decrease the amount of TEXTURE-PAVE™ needed to achieve a perfect impression therefore decrease material costs. THIN-PRINT™ Stamps & Texture Skins are available in 5 different texture skins and 12 different stamp patterns ranging from various brick and stone designs to slate and cobblestone.

Advantages:

• Money Saving. THIN-PRINT™ Stamps & Texture Skins are more shallow than stamps for conventional concrete. This allows a full impression at a thinner depth of material when stamping overlays.
