QUESTION: Building a new retail store and want to know how much these finishes and flooring cost?
ANSWER: Obviously there are many factors involved in determining cost ranging from the type of finish you want, condition of the substrate and where you are located. However, all of our finishes are less than comparable products such as; brick, stone, wood, slate, marble, etc. A training installer will be able to offer you several different applications to chose from depending on your budget.
QUESTION: How durable are these finishes and flooring?
ANSWER: When properly installed, these finishes and flooring are stronger than conventional concrete and more durable that any other flooring product. With that said, proper care and maintenance are suggested to retain the beauty and strength.
QUESTION: We recently had some water damaged carpeting taken out but want to get moved back in quickly. How long does in take to install these finishes and flooring?
ANSWER: First of all, it depends on the size of the project. However, average sized residential projects are typically completed in 2 to 3 days and commercial or industrial projects very greatly on size and scope of work.
QUESTION: My concrete is pitted from the salt that we use for melting the ice on our driveway. Will the Elite Crete product work for a repair and can I find someone to fix it near Detroit?
ANSWER: The restoration of surface deteriorated concrete is how our polymer modified resurfacing products got their start.
